How long will it take for my Acrylic Picture to arrive?

Sizes that are quoted in our products range have a turn around of 2 weeks. Customised sizes take 3 weeks. These are estimated delivery times and we usually deliver well within these times. If for any reason there is a problem we will ring or email you immediately to let you know. If you have any deadlines such as shows or exhibitions, then please make this clear when ordering and we'll do everything possible to meet your requirements.

How will my Acrylic Picture arrive?
Your acrylic picture will arrive via Interlink Courier Service. When ordering please make sure you give a delivery address where somebody is able to sign for the package.

It is very important that you inspect the package upon delivery before signing for it. If there is any visible damage to the package then you should make this clear on the consignment note and then sign for it. If for any reason your acrylic picture is damaged please notify us immediately.

How is my Acrylic Picture packaged?
Your acrylic picture is packaged to get to you in one piece, by using several different methods of packaging. The acrylic is wrapped in white bubble blanket with protective corners, and then placed in a customised box.

Is the box a presentation box?

Unfortunately we do not provide presentation boxes. We have looked into this but the cost is prohibitive. From our research we have found our customers are very happy with the bubble blanket.

"Looks fabulous - thank you for the quick turn around and quality product"
